Ultra Racing warrants all its vehicle chassis braces and sway bars against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of five (5) years and its parts (a) accessories and (b) brackets for three (3) months from date of purchase. During this period, Ultra Racing will replace defective safety bar and its parts with new one without charge excluding installation and shipping fees. Any installation and shipping fees incurred shall be borne by the customer. In areas subject to heavy snowfall, the warranty may be reduced from 5 years to 1 year.
This Warranty does not apply to (a) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to dents and scratches, misuse, unreasonable use, neglect, abuse, accident; (b) product or part that has been modified including recoat or respray existing color of white to other color; (c) if Ultra Racing serial number plate has been removed or defaced or ; (d) Damaged product due to damaged powdercoat or rust which caused by natural disaster or acts of God, e.g. fire, flood, lightning, raining, snowing, salted roads, road debris, etc. In areas of heavy snowfall we recommend frequent cleaning to exposed undercarriage of vehicle including Ultra Racing braces to prevent rust and erosion due to salt, sand, and other road debris.
For any defective vehicle safety brace that has been discontinued, Ultra Racing will replace it with equivalent or lower value of vehicle safety bar of the same car model.
Ultra Racing reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.
IMPORTANT: Due to fake/imitation braces being present in the market, warranty requests must be issued with the direct dealer / distributor in which a brace order was placed. We will not warranty any braces not purchased directly from UltraRacing.com or our authorized distributors.
