Limited Lifetime Warranty

Ultra Racing stands behind every product we manufacture. All Ultra Racing chassis braces and sway bars are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Lifetime on Welds

All welds are warranted for the lifetime of the product against manufacturing defects.

Defects Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship are fully covered for the original purchaser.

Bolt-On Guarantee

Every product is designed for bolt-on fitment to factory mounting points — no cutting or welding required.

Terms & Conditions

Ultra Racing provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser of all Ultra Racing branded products against defects in materials and workmanship, including all welds. This warranty applies to products purchased through UltraRacing.com or an authorized Ultra Racing dealer.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase. The warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective product at Ultra Racing's sole discretion.

What Is Covered

— Defects in materials and workmanship
— Weld failures due to manufacturing defects
— Structural failure under normal use and proper installation
— Incorrect fitment when installed per Ultra Racing's specifications
— Finish defects present at the time of purchase (must be reported within 14 days)

What Is Not Covered

— Damage resulting from improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions
— Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs to the product
— Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface corrosion. Warranty will be limited to 1 year in areas of snow/road salt.
— Damage caused by accidents, collisions, misuse, or abuse
— Products used in competitive motorsport events (unless specified for competition use)
— Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers
— Consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, towing, or rental costs

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

— Contact us at support@ultraracing.com with your order number and a description of the issue
— Provide photos of the defective product clearly showing the issue
— Include your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
— Do not return the product until you have received a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team

Upon approval, Ultra Racing will repair or replace the defective product at no charge. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product. Ultra Racing will cover shipping for the replacement. All Warranty Claims are subject to the approval of Ultra Racing Malaysia.

Limitation of Liability

Ultra Racing's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall Ultra Racing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state or jurisdiction.
